Job Description

The Jan Ronse Institute for Company and Financial Law is engaged in teaching and research in the field of corporate and financial law. This vacancy is for a position in the company law branch of the Jan Ronse Institute. The institute is part of the KU Leuven Law Faculty, Department of Economic Law.

Project
You will write a doctoral dissertation in the field of corporate law and/or associations law. You may propose a topic in line with your interests, but you will of course be guided in the choice and definition of the topic and the further PhD trajectory.

You will offer limited assistance in the teaching (in Dutch!) and other activities of the institute, among others in tutorials, seminars and master theses.

You are offered chances to cooperate on joint publications, conferences, etc., both at the Belgian and international level, and you are supported in your own projects.
