Pharmacy Technician

Position Summary: The Pharmacy Technician assists in the preparation and delivery of pharmaceuticals under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist#and in compliance with the Holyoke Medical Center#s (HMC) mission,#policies, procedures, and goals and those of the Pharmacy Department, and all regulatory agencies. Minimum Requirements: Technician Level I Education: High School graduate or equivalent.# Refer to the requirements of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy Regulations.### Licenses/Registrations: Current registration as a pharmacy technician or technician trainee with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy. Experience: Health-system pharmacy experience preferred, but not required. Technician Level II Education: All requirements for level I and successful completion of the HMC Technician Training program.
