Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A hospital pharmacy technician position is available for an inpatient assignment in Richland Center, WI. This contract role focuses on supporting the pharmacy team to ensure seamless medication management and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock Pyxis systems and check for outdates
- Replenish medications, IVs, and medical supplies
- Enter charges accurately into the system
- Order and receive drug shipments
- Monitor storage temperatures to maintain compliance
- Prepare sterile products and perform daily cleanroom maintenance
- Assist in chemotherapy preparation
