- Assist Retail Supervisor to achieve sales targets for the retail pharmacy.
- Provide good customer service and respond to customers’ queries and feedback in a timely manner.
- Promote product offerings and make recommendations that suit customers’ needs.
- Arrange delivery of products for subsidised patients and process subsidies.
- Responsible for opening and closing the pharmacy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all in-store merchandise is well displayed with up‑to‑date price tags.
- Operate POS systems for payments, discounts, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure accuracy in handling float, cash, and transactions.
- Report any revenue discrepancies to the Pharmacy Manager.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and rotate inventory in FEFO order.
- Monitor inventory expiry dates.
