Oracle Cerner seeks an experienced HCIT professional to join our UAE-based team as an IC2-level Support Specialist. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while ensuring application stability and a high-quality experience for Oracle clients.

You will provide functional and technical expertise to clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain documentation and knowledge transfers throughout the support lifecycle.
