Pharmacy & E-Commerce Shopper Marketing Lead

Beiersdorf Colombia is seeking a Shopper & Customer Marketing Lead for the Pharmacy & E-commerce channel to design and execute the channel strategy, ensuring profitable in-store execution aligned with brand priorities.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to translate brand plans into shopper actions, manage budgets and activations, and monitor KPIs across Drugstores and E‑commerce. The role requires 2+ years in Trade Marketing and fluent Spanish with intermediate English.
