Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone
Ordering and receiving of OTC products
Looking for alternate suppliers and products if out of stock situations arise
Stocking shelves using FIFO method (first in first out)
Cleaning shelves regularly
Pulling outdates regularly and claiming them back to the supplier
Ensuring organization and cleanliness of workstations, inventory shelves, storage area, and customer seating area
