• Distribute incoming safety notifications.
• Submit, file and track safety‑related information.
• Prepare, organize and maintain files, reports, listings and related documents.
• Prepare audits and meetings for management.
• Work with the business and Project Manager to ensure tasks and projects comply with SOPs, contracts and client expectations/processes.
• Support the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance, including PSMF activities as required.
