**Location:** Tulsa, OK
**Facility:** Ascension St. John Medical Center
**Department:** In-Patient Pharmacy
**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, 3-4 evening shifts per month, 2:30pm-11pm, every other weekend and every other holiday
**Sign-on Bonus:** Up to $10,000
**Relocation:** Relocation assistance may be available
