QUALIFICATIONS
Pharm D requiredAt least 3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy is desirable.Must have a current license in the state of Texas.Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with physicians and various other hospital personnel.BLS certification preferred. OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE
Category I exposure to blood borne pathogens, frequent exposure to chemical hazards and may encounter radiation hazards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
