Summary The Facility Program Manager (Informatics/EHRM Ticket Master) is responsible for the operation of the pharmacy automated data processing and management information systems across main campus and associated CBOCs. They are responsible for identifying, planning and coordinating pharmacy EHR System and Functionality concerns. Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, developing and evaluating the administrative, operational, clinical and technical needs of the Pharmacy EHR program. Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy processing applications and the ability to place and manage all work orders/tickets associated with the electronic health record. Serve as a unique subject matter expert on joint federal pharmacy systems operations at a local, VISN and national level.
