About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services in the Emergency Department. This role supports the safe, effective, and timely use of medicines in a fast-paced acute care environment.

You will provide patient-centred clinical pharmacy care to patients presenting to ED, helping to optimise medicines management and improve health outcomes. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine clinicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making, medicines safety, and quality patient care.
