Title: Pharmacy TechnicianDuration: 3 months contract + Contract to HireLocation: Pine Brook, NJ 07058Shift: M-F 6 am to 2:30 pm (Overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs)
Essential ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will:Retrieve medications from inventory and prepare prescription orders for pharmacist verificationCount, label, and package medications accurately in accordance with pharmacy proceduresProcess prescription orders efficiently to meet production and quality standardsAssist with packing and shipping completed orders to patientsMaintain inventory accuracy, including removing outdated medications and replenishing stockMonitor and support automated dispensing units and workflowsMaintain appropriate supply levels at workstations (vials, caps, labels, packaging materials)Support maintenance of par levels for pre-packaged auxiliary itemsPerform occasional outbound patient calls for order inquiri...
