PEX (Process Excellence) Manager

As the PEX Manager, you are the Efficiency Architect of our organization. Your mission is to find smarter, faster, and more cost-effective ways for us to work. Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile, you will audit our current business processes, identify waste or bottlenecks, and lead transformation projects that improve our bottom line and the customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Auditing: Conduct deep dives into departmental workflows to map out how work is currently done and identify where errors, delays, or unnecessary costs occur.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead high-impact projects using Lean or Six Sigma tools to redesign workflows, reduce cycle times, and eliminate defects.
• Change Management: Act as a bridge between leadership and front-line staff. You’ll sell the benefits of new processes and ensure teams are trained and comfortable with changes.
