Join us as a Territory Sales Associate focusing on healthy pet diets across a diverse area from Guelph to Brampton. Cultivate robust customer relationships and drive sales performance.
In this sales role covering key territories, you will develop business plans to support the Omni channel's objectives and enhance product reach within retail stores, including PetValu and PetSmart. You will play an integral part in establishing our products as references in the pet nutrition sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete sales call processes for diverse retail outlets
• Implement Perfect Store standards through strategic selling
• Collaborate with marketing for successful execution
• Manage and drive sales through KPI-based strategies
• Utilize Salesforce for account management and segmentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in relevant areas
• 3-5 years experience in retail sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
