Pet hotel and daycare administrator/handler

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Enrichment Pet daycare administrator/handler to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to pet owners. You will oversee daily indoor administrative matters and operations, ensuring the safety of dogs.

2+ years in animal care or pet services; administrative experience preferred.

• Administrative liaison with clients
• Ensure a clean, safe, and enriching environment for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervise dog playgroups and monitor canine behavior
• Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with parents and guardians about pets’ behaviors
• Maintain accurate records and uphold health/safety protocols

• General Diploma
• Customer service orientated and meticulous with administration
• Strong communication and good team player
