We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Service Technician (PST) to join our Polestar Service Center team. This role combines advanced diagnostic and repair expertise with direct customer interaction, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle handover.

Overview of the role

The PST is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to Polestar and Al‑Futtaim standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, first‑time fix rates, and workshop productivity.

• Manage the complete customer journey from service booking and appointment scheduling to vehicle handover and invoicing.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, periodic maintenance, and accessory fitment in accordance with Polestar repair manuals and standards.
