Our client, a highly regarded downtown Toronto law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Law Clerk to join its growing litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience and be comfortable managing complex accident benefit and tort files from inception through trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-resourced team handling sophisticated personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing plaintiff-side personal injury files, including accident benefits and tort matte
• Drafting pleadings, motion records, affidavits, mediation briefs, undertakings charts, and corresponden
• Preparing productions, chronologies, summaries, and trial materia
• Coordinating examinations for discovery, mediations, and pre-tria
