Personal Finance & Investment Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile personal bank accounts
• Track investments including stocks, bonds, sukuk, fixed deposits, mutual funds, private equity, and real estate
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports, net worth statements, and personal financial reports
• Maintain records of personal assets, liabilities, loans, and credit cards
• Monitor loan repayments, credit card settlements, and banking facilities
• Manage real estate records, rental income, insurance, and lease documentation
• Coordinate with banks, investment advisors, brokers, auditors, and legal advisors
• Prepare budgets, monitor personal and household expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain confidential financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Provide financial support for personal and family office matters
