Role Responsibilities

• Handle policy renewals and client servicing
• Advise clients on short‑term insurance needs
• Request and finalize quotations
• Follow up on underwriting and service matters
• Build strong relationships with clients, providers & colleagues
• Attend relevant job‑specific training

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 Qualification (minimum) or working experience, with the option to obtain your full qualification.
