Role DescriptionThis is a part time, hybrid Personal Assistant role supporting the MD, based in Cape Town. This role exists to remove noise from the MD's day, not add to it.
You'll own the calendar, inbox, travel, and logistics end to end. You make the calls on priorities, resolve conflicts before they land on the MD's desk, and only escalate what genuinely needs their attention. Every piece of correspondence, every document, every client interaction carries your own judgment, not a template, not a generated response. The MD and clients need to hear from you, not a machine wearing your name.
