Your Role

Your job is to remove friction from clients' lives by taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.

Work typically falls into three areas:

Admin

Resolving bureaucracy and dealing with banks, utilities, insurers, schools, and authorities.

Logistics

Coordinating deliveries, repairs, appointments, home access, and on-the-ground...
