Job Description

Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all production equipment, machinery, and site installations. The role ensures operational reliability, supports the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, reduces equipment downtime, and drives maintenance efficiency in alignment with business goals.
