Permanent Clinical Coordinator for Nursing Unit

This full-time permanent position is essential for the effective management of unit workflow and patient care processes. You will manage bed allocations, oversee discharge planning, and support nursing staff recruitment and scheduling. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote an environment of outstanding care and effective resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate system navigation and patient flow
• Coordinate discharge planning and bed management
• Provide patient and family advocacy
• Identify equipment and staffing needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent certification
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required
