Perioperative Nurse Coach & Clinical Mentor

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Southern in Southland is seeking a dedicated Theatre Nurse to step into the Clinical Nurse Coach - Perioperative role. This 0.8 FTE position focuses on mentoring, teaching and developing perioperative staff to lift clinical capability and patient outcomes.

You will lead coaching, promote best-practice standards, support competency assessments and drive service improvement, working closely with theatre teams to embed evidence-based care and KPI‑driven quality.
