Performance Quality Engineering Consultant

Position Description This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client's and/or downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities

Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner or NeoLoad

Perform workload modeling and simulate real-world usage scenarios

Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests

Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace

Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations

Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance

Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with LoadRunner and/or NeoLoad

Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, spike, endurance testing)
