Requirements
- Female/Male, max 28 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting).
- Familiar with TikTok Shop ecosystem, including performance ads, affiliate programs, and promotional mechanics.
- Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and basic CRM metrics (retention rate, repeat purchase rate, LTV).
- Experience reading and analyzing performance data to identify trends and propose optimization ideas.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting tools.
- Good understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
