Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Timing: 11 am to 8 pm
Leather Gift NY is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to lead our paid marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube)
- Analyze campaign performance using ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM & Conversion Rate
- Improve sales funnels, landing pages, and customer acquisition strategies
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion API
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
