Job Description
Position: Performance Marketer
Location: Kochi
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Marketing
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
* Manage campaign budgets and optimize for ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
* Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
* Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
* Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.
