What You’ll Do
Lead the end‑to‑end market response strategy, building a forward‑looking view of competitor activity, risks, and opportunities across the estate.
Assess and prioritise locations based on sales impact, customer behaviour, and commercial value, ensuring focus on the highest‑return interventions.
Own and deliver targeted performance improvement plans, translating insight into practical, store‑level actions across trading, customer experience, and marketing.
Act as a central connector across Property, Trading, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned, timely, and high‑impact responses.
Establish robust MI, reporting, and governance frameworks to track performance, measure outcomes, and continuously improve capability.
