Summary

We're looking for a commercially focused Performance and Market Response Lead to protect and grow sales, customers, and market share across our retail estate. This role is central to shaping how M&S identifies, prioritises, and responds to market dynamics—translating insight into targeted, high impact actions that strengthen performance in key locations.

Working at the heart of Store Launch and Central Store Operations, you will enable the business to anticipate risk, act at pace, and deliver consistent, scalable responses that drive commercial impact.
