n this dynamic and impactful role, you’ll work directly with World Class Programme (WCPP) athletes, empowering them to build the mindset, habits, and resilience needed to excel on the world stage, while also thriving beyond sport.

You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping well-rounded individuals by:

• Supporting athletes to develop professional performance behaviours
• Helping them balance the pressures of elite sport with personal growth
