Performance & Incident Resolution Engineer

PPG is seeking a Performance and Resolution Analyst to analyze and resolve application issues and supervise their resolution. The role involves working across IT teams and contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of IT Operations experience, a degree in systems administration or similar, and strong scripting skills. Tools include Splunk, Thousand Eyes, and Cisco Meraki among others.
