+ Translate field observations and operational data into clear, actionable improvement plans
+ Drive initiatives that improve productivity, cost efficiency, service reliability, and operational performance
+ Partner with regional and operational leadership to elevate performance management practices and accountability
+ Lead root cause analysis and connect results to operational drivers for sustainable improvement
