We’re partnering with a national organisation to appoint an experienced People Systems Manager to lead the ongoing optimisation and performance of their HRIS and payroll systems landscape.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving system stability, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery across key platforms including SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and Workforce Software (WFS).
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Payroll & People Systems, you’ll lead a team of systems specialists and take ownership of the technical management and optimisation of core People Systems.
You’ll work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to ensure systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned to evolving business needs.
