Te tūranga | The role
This is a key leadership role where you’ll own the People Systems solution area end-to-end, bringing a product mindset to how systems are shaped, governed and delivered.
You’ll translate People strategy into system strategy, ensuring clear prioritisation, strong governance, and delivery outcomes that balance pace, risk and long-term sustainability.
Importantly, you’ll create clarity across People, Technology and Delivery – embedding strong ownership, reducing reliance on informal workarounds, and lifting confidence in system‑enabled decisions across the organisation.
