About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Solutions Consultant to join our Employment Relations (ER) workstream, one of four within our People Solutions team.

As an experienced ER professional, you’ll bring deep expertise, sound judgement, and the confidence to act as a trusted internal adviser. You’ll manage complex ER cases and escalations, support capability uplift, and serve as a go-to ER specialist and informal leader.
