What your typical day will look like:
As a People Services Team Leader , you will lead a team of People Services Advisors across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR services to support business and employee needs across the region. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring HR processes and procedures are consistently executed to a high standard.
Working closely with People Services team members, HR stakeholders, and key business partners, you will coordinate day-to-day service delivery activities, monitor team performance, and provide guidance to ensure service levels and business requirements are met.
