Overview
People Services Generalist – External Workforce (EWF) in the Bogotá Hub will manage the complete lifecycle of our external workforce, ensuring accurate data, smooth onboarding/offboarding, and a high‑quality service experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage master data and employee lifecycle activities in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all related systems.
- Process tickets related to external workforce queries, resolving issues directly or escalating to dedicated teams (CREW, SimplifyVMS, Workday, Sailpoint).
- Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities for external workforce populations, ensuring a smooth and compliant process end‑to‑end.
- Handle employee queries submitted via the ticketing system, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
