**As a** **People Rewards Specialist (aka - Benefits Specialist)** **, you will support the delivery and administration of employee benefits and leave programs across North America. In this role, you will help ensure our benefits operations run smoothly—from system administration and open enrollment support to vendor coordination and compliance activities. You will play a key role in supporting employees, managing benefits processes, and helping improve the overall benefits experience.** **Other duties may be assigned or cross-training in other areas to support the broader People Rewards team, as needed.**
