People Projects Lead – Learning & Capability

MASH Trust is seeking a proactive People Project Officer to drive organisational improvements across HR, Learning & Development, and Health & Safety. You’ll coordinate diverse projects, turn ideas into practical resources, and support digital system rollouts, governance reporting and tool development for managers and frontline teams.

You’ll work with the Chief People Officer and People Team to deliver impactful changes that strengthen workforce capability and learning across the organisation.
