Forward Role is partnering with a Tech Organisation that has been through a period of substantial growth and now looking to add a People Partner – Ops & Advisory as they continue to build a high-impact, future-focused People function.

In this role, you'll be the trusted expert for managers on day-to-day people matters, leading ER cases with confidence and sound judgement. You'll help shape policies, streamline processes, strengthen governance, and use data to drive smarter, scalable ways of working.
