The Pasqual Maragall Foundation, established in 2008, promotes and develops cutting‑edge biomedical research aimed at finding global solutions to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The Foundation operates the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center (BBRC) in partnership with Pompeu Fabra University.
