People Partner – HR Strategy & Change (12‑Month FTC)

Active Care Group in Croydon is looking for a People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support its Residential Division. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, previous experience in generalist HR roles, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification or in progress. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing complex employee relations cases, and implementing engagement strategies.
