People & Organization Manager - Mining Conglomerate

Our client is a mining conglomerate with over 15000 employees and they are looking for an experienced People & Organization Manager to join their team.

This role is responsible for:

• Organisation structure & manpower planning
• Performance management system (KPI/PMS)
• Talent management & succession planning
• Leadership development & culture programs
• HR policy alignment across Group entities

Overall Objectives:

• 8–12 years of HR experience, especially in: Organisation development, Talent management and Performance management
• Experience working in group or multi-company structure is preferred
• Good business understanding and able to connect HR with business needs
• Hands-on and able to build systems/processes from scratch
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
