People Operations & Talent Specialist

We are currently seeking a People Operations & Talent Specialist  for a company dedicated to providing legal services.

Objective

Support and enhance the employee lifecycle by driving Organizational Development, employee experience, talent management, and People processes that foster engagement, collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, maintaining accurate HR records and providing day-to-day employee support.
• Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation while supporting the implementation of new People initiatives.
