Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Human Capital professional to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HC operations, and business partnering, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases to meet staffing needs
• Liaise with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives to attract talent
• Organize onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees effectively
• Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate employee records for compliance and operational efficiency
