People Operations Leader – UAE HR & Compliance

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Manager to join the People & Culture team. This role leads all operational HR activities including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring they align with UAE Labour Law.
