Job Description
SLR is looking for a People Operations Administrator to enable them to maintain the delivery of a responsive HR and payroll support service to colleagues across its Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
This role will be based in our Johannesburg office on a hybrid working basis with the option to work flexibly from home on some days.

What You’ll Be Doing
Payroll Administration Support
Supporting the team to collate and process payroll data accurately and on time — including starters, leavers, changes, benefits data etc.
Ensuring payroll activity complies with statutory requirements and company policies.
Maintaining accurate payroll records.
Investigating and resolving payroll queries quickly and professionally, escalating where required.
HR Administration
Maintaining accurate employee records throughout the full employee lifecycle.
Managing new starter and leaver processes, including contract administration and onboarding.
