Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execution of operational business processes for the employee life cycle, including but not limited to the following:
- Onboarding
- Transfers
- Job Changes
- Offboarding
- Employee/Manager inquiries
- First point of contact for all People related queries and process requirements
- Play a role in continuously improving People Operations methodologies, processes, workflow and automation
- Partner effectively with stakeholders across HR/People and in other departments on BAU, projects and team/department goals
- Collaborate with Global Service Center (GSC) on the transition of work, process design and ongoing projects
- Act as escalation point for GSC
